Graham Avenue BID Overview

The Graham Avenue Business Improvement District (BID) serves the commercial shopping district along Graham Avenue (the Avenue of Puerto Rico) from Broadway to Boerum St., including the side streets of Moore St., Cook St., Debevoise St., and Flushing Avenue. As such we are the largest, uniquely affordable, and growing shopping area in Williamsburg.  

The Graham Avenue BID supports retail growth by encouraging new stores and restaurants to locate here and expand its customer base from the surrounding communities. Thus, the BID strives to leverage the district’s unique Latino heritage – celebrating its music, art and cuisine – while embracing it’s changing multi-cultural character to help businesses better understand and adapt to the needs of its current and evolving retail shopper base.​​​​​​
